Responsibilities

• Greets and directs visitors in a neat and tidy reception area.
• Assist residents by providing location information relating to activities, religious services, office locations, etc.
• Maintains awareness of residents in lobby area who may be confused and alert nursing staff as needed.
• Informs appropriate department of deliveries to front desk.
• Connects incoming calls with the appropriate person or office and relays messages.
• Assists with scheduling and transporting residents to and from beauty shop appointments.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs visitors in a neat and tidy reception area
• Assist residents by providing location information relating to activities, religious services, office locations, etc.
• Maintains an awareness of residents in lobby area who may be confused & attempt to wander and alert nursing of potential incidents similarly
• Informs appropriate department of deliveries to front desk
• Connects incoming calls with person or office desired, paging if necessary, in accordance with outlined procedure. Takes and relays messages if party is unavailable
• Assists with scheduling and transporting residents to and from beauty shop appointments
