Responsibilities

• Greets and directs visitors in a neat and tidy reception area.
• Assist residents by providing location information relating to activities, religious services, office locations, etc.
• Maintains awareness of residents in lobby area who may be confused and alert nursing staff as needed.
• Informs appropriate department of deliveries to front desk.
• Connects incoming calls with the appropriate person or office and relays messages.
• Assists with scheduling and transporting residents to and from beauty shop appointments.
