Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an HR & EOR Operations Manager to join its Swiss entity on a part-time basis. You will act as the named Responsible Person under SECO laws, ensuring compliance and hands-on HR operations for onboarding, contracts, and payroll collaboration with global teams.

This part-time role (50% FTE) is ideal for HR professionals or EOR specialists who want meaningful operational responsibility while maintaining other engagements. Swiss presence and hands-on involvement are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment/placement, personnel leasing/EOR, substantive HR (not admin) or related consulting.
• Alternative route: 3+ years professional experience plus a recognised HR qualification with a passed exam (e.g. HRSE or VSH HR Assistant).
• Clean criminal record and compliant tax history.
• Willing to be named on the Commercial Register with signing authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under Swiss personnel leasing law (SECO).
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour-leasing legislation and staffing industry GAV.
• Maintain documentation for SECO and cantonal audits and inspections.
• Serve as primary Swiss contact for SECO and cantonal authorities.
• Oversee HR and employment operations for the Swiss entity, including onboarding and contracts.
• Support payroll oversight with the global payroll team.

EFZ apprenticeship, Matura/Abitur, or university degree
