Job summary

ADP is seeking a Field Sales Manager for the Swiss market, based in Geneva or Zurich, with responsibility for creating new opportunities and closing deals. You will report to the Sales Director and work with global teams to orchestrate service excellence and drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in Swiss market sales, fluency in French and English (German valued), and proven success in complex, enterprise-class deals with C-level stakeholders. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-10 years of sales experience in Swiss market in HCM/payroll/tech sectors.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop Account Plans and execute complex sales strategies.
• Experience closing deals at an international level with C-level interactions.
• Driven by success, results, and strong communication.
• Comfortable working in an international matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and close deals.
• Report to the Sales Director and coordinate with local and international stakeholders.
• Own territory/account planning and align with sales strategy.
• Provide visibility on sales activities and maintain Salesforce with updated data.
