Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate 1 in Auburn, WA to perform entry-level assembly and glass production of Windows & Doors. You will follow standard processes, collaborate with teammates, and meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets while minimizing waste and cost.

The role offers a swing shift from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am with overtime as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision from day 1, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times.
• Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units.
• Work to an established production rate and maintain flow.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership.
