Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 2 for the 2nd shift to perform windows and doors assembly, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery. You will maintain safety protocols, manage material flow and support continuous improvement in standard work.

The role requires reading measurements, operating power tools, and working up to 50 lbs, with extended hours and weekend shifts as needed. Full‑time employment with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read minimal word/number cues and recognize shapes.
• Operate power tools with dexterity and observe PPE guidelines.
• Identify hazards; follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances; follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement and follow defined clean‑up times.
• Work safely and maintain defined production rates per customer demand.
• Help train co‑workers and support a respectful workplace.
• Perform other plant duties as directed by supervision or management.
