Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate components for final window assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and operating various hand and power tools on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include mass-producing window parts, assisting in loading and unloading materials, and reading work orders and measurements. Training will be provided for new hires in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to understand written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions and work orders.
• Read measurements and perform fraction/decimal conversions as needed.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality.
• Operate equipment required to complete production tasks.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
