ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I in Brookings, Oregon. The role provides companionship and daily living assistance to residents, supports meal prep, transportation, and participation in treatment activities, and works under a Registered Nurse to pass medications as prescribed.

The position includes a training program, required MFA access, and a swing shift schedule Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required or must obtain within 30 days
• Ability to pass DHS background check

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to residents
• Assist with meals, transport, and participation in activities
• Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, pass medications and assist with delegated medical care
• Maintain documentation of services in accordance with productivity standards
