ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at the Coos Crisis Resolution Center in Coos Bay, Oregon.

The role provides caring companionship, assists with daily living tasks, meal prep, bathing, and transportation to engage clients in treatment services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include passing medications as delegated, maintaining documentation, and supporting clients to develop independent daily living skills while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience is preferred.
• Dedication to well-being of residents and assisting with ADLs/IADLs.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with meal preparation, transport, and supervision under RN guidance.
• Document services in accordance with productivity standards.
• Pass medications as delegated by provider.
