ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Care Associate II in Eugene, OR to support residents per individualized plans, focusing on personal care, environmental intervention, and supervised group activities. The role includes medication administration, documentation, and safe transport as needed.

The position operates under AFSCME with wage/benefits defined by the collective bargaining agreement. Requires QMHA eligibility and a valid driver's license, with a part-time Friday to Monday swing

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology/ Counseling/ Social Work/ Human Development).
• Or three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts.
• Provide personal care supports and assist with activities.
• Transport clients to and from the program for treatment services.
• Maintain documentation within established productivity standards.
