Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for the Beckett Center in Medford, Oregon. The role provides compassionate companionship, daily living support, and meals assistance to residents under a Registered Nurse’s supervision, with focus on maintaining functioning and safety.

The position involves medication passing, transporting clients for treatment, and documentation in line with productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Dedication to wellbeing and helping residents with ADLs/IADLs.
• Must be 18+ and meet driving and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and support daily living skills.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup and food purchasing.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical tasks.
