Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Brookings, Oregon, is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to join Bell Cove RTH/PSRB. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and support treatment services under supervision.

The position includes medication pass duties and driver responsibilities for client transport. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a training program with on-the-job supervision.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
• Driving is an essential function; valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years or older per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meals, transport, and participation in activities.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and support delegated care.
• Maintain documentation within productivity standards.
