Alcott is seeking a Residential Aide for the Bandera site in Watts, Los Angeles, CA, to work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays evenings. The role focuses on direct resident support in a non-profit housing program, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, meals, and activities; maintaining confidentiality; and documenting shifts. Prior experience in mental health or related social services is preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in mental health, substance use treatment, or social services supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply.
• If in recovery, must have at least one year of continuous sobriety.
