You will assist the Program Manager, supervise staff, help maintain a positive work environment, and contribute to budget oversight. Qualifikationen

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related field.
• Strong communication (math, verbal and written) skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to relate effectively with people served and families.
• Ability to meet background checks and driving requirement criteria.
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs.

• Train, schedule and provide peer support to diverse staff.
• Maintain a teamwork-focused, safe work environment.
• Provide motivation and feedback to staff.
• Address conflicts and model professional relationships.
• Monitor staff training, incident reports, ISP goals and BSPs.
• Fill in to maintain staffing ratios and mentor staff.
• Assist in finances and program budget management.
• Build relationships with families, guardians, agencies and staff.
• Support licensing reviews and plans of improvement.
• Respect and empower those served to support personal choice.
