Alcott is seeking a Residential Aide for the Day Shift in Culver City, CA. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents in the ODR Interim Housing program and assist with daily activities and program operations.

The role emphasizes compassionate support, documentation, safety, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience; CPR may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health, substance abuse, social services, or homeless support.
• Candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sobriety is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate support to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with daily chores and personal care as appropriate.
• Support meal preparation, service, and program activities.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality with residents.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports accurately and timely.
• Communicate resident updates to oncoming staff and leadership.
• Assist with administrative tasks and program operations.
