Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• Lived experience is encouraged; if in recovery, at least one year of sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to residents in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Assist residents with daily chores, personal care, and program activities to promote independence.
• Support meal preparation and serving.
• Maintain confidentiality in all resident interactions.
• Complete daily logs and end-of-shift reports; document incidents and share updates with oncoming staff.
