Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Santa Rosa, CA to lead the Swing Shift team in a precision injection molding facility. You will oversee production operators and technicians, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity while driving continuous improvement.

This temporary role offers a competitive hourly pay rate and a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will manage daily operations, support staffing, and ensure timely delivery of production targets in a

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Manufacturing production experience in a regulated environment.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
