Star Staffing is seeking a Production Lead for the grave shift in Santa Rosa, CA. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM. You will assist the Production Supervisor to coordinate daily manufacturing operations for efficient workflow, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring floor status, verifying orders, and ensuring proper staffing and supplies. A safe, productive, collaborative environment is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Basic English communication skills, including reading and understanding instructions.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or medical-device experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar systems.
• Strong counting and math skills.
