Injection Molding Production - Afternoon/Night Shift Supervisor

We have an opening for a Night Shift Production Supervisor who is enthusiastic and looking to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be strategic thinkers and lead with a hands‑on approach.

Essential Functions

• Lead team by demonstrating a commitment to everyone's safety in the workplace.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work activities to meet production schedules.
• Monitor operator workload and/or utilization.
• Audit and submit daily updated production report.
• Troubleshooting for quality and efficiency optimization.
• Suggest and promote continuous improvement ideas.
• Conduct necessary coaching and counselling of employees including leading or participating in the progressive disciplinary process.
