Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to coordinate production on the floor for a 3rd shift (Saturday - Monday, 6:00pm - 6:00am). You will oversee the shift, assign operators, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory and injection molding experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train and assist temporary staff. Some Spanish is a plus, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of injection molding experience desirable.
• Capable of working 3rd shift with rotating weekends.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Some Spanish is preferable; MS Word and Excel skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production on the manufacturing floor during shift.
• Oversee shift to ensure safety and adherence to 5S standards.
• Assign operators to machines and tasks, manage breaks.
• Provide training to operators and temporary workers as needed.
• Act as point of contact for issues and coordinate with departments.
• Verify orders forecasted to finish on time and maintain records.
