SITE Staffing Inc. is hiring a Focus Area Supervisor for a direct-hire role in Milwaukee. You will oversee manufacturing personnel, ensure safety, and maintain ISO9001/ISO14001 compliance while managing daily shifts and production changes.

You will lead, coach, and train staff, develop schedules, and drive performance using data from production reports and systems. Strong communication and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid mechanical aptitude for supervising manufacturing.
• Experience leading and training teams to meet production goals.
• Ability to schedule, plan shifts and manage staffing levels.
• Knowledge of QS9000/IATF16949 and ISO14000 quality systems.

Mansioni

• Oversee manufacturing personnel and production safety.
• Maintain ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications through adherence to policies and documentation.
• Develop daily shift schedules and manage labor to prevent overtime.
• Manage changeovers, setup, and production flow with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide direction, feedback and coaching to shift staff; conduct meetings and huddles.
• Publish shift notes and ensure PPE usage and safety procedures are followed.
• Record and report deviations, IT tickets, and work orders; manage sign-offs.
• Evaluate shift performance using production reports and metrics.
