Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking an on-site maintenance technician in Marquette for evenings (1:00pm–9:00pm) with on-call every other weekend.

You will perform routine and emergency repairs on production, processing, packaging, and utility equipment, while following safety procedures and GMP standards. Responsibilities include planned and unplanned maintenance, reading schematics, supporting new equipment installations, and training operators to reduce downtime.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school preferred in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or related fields.
• 2–4 years in maintenance in manufacturing environments recommended.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Read and interpret schematics and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Support installation of new equipment and training of operators.
• Document work with required information per SOPs.
