The 2-2-3 night rotation offers a three-day weekend every other week and a robust benefits package starting after hire. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a high school diploma or technical training, and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade/technical training in electrical, PLC/HMI, mechanical, welding, refrigeration or plumbing preferred.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Certification or license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine inspections of equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and manuals to perform tasks.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and training of operators.
• Document all work orders clearly and maintain safety compliance.
