Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) to lead site housekeeping operations, ensuring quality standards and timeliness. In the EH’s absence, you will oversee daily activities, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships at our Las Vegas resort.

You’ll coach staff, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong English communication, experience in housekeeping, and the ability to work irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Two years of progressive housekeeping or hospitality management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM each Thursday; assign tasks to housekeepers and supervisors.
• Monitor daily hours to stay within budgeted staffing levels.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Conduct weekly training meetings with supervisors and monthly all-staff meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with resort management and clients.
