Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) to oversee site housekeeping operations and support the Executive Housekeeper in budget and client relations. You will direct housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors, ensure timeliness, and uphold cleanliness standards across resort units.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive culture while managing daily activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience directly related to the job with progressive responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.
• Effective written and verbal English communication; bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assigns daily tasks and directs work to housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.
• Adjust work of employees based on needs and callouts.
• Monitor daily work hours to ensure budgeted hours compliance.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Conduct weekly report cards for housekeeping staff.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage inventory, maintenance logs, and respond to guest concerns.
