Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH), a second level manager responsible for site housekeeping operations. You will help meet quality and timeliness goals, manage budgets, and maintain client relations in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.

Lead a diverse team of housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors to uphold standards and safety. You will also drive training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement of operations, ensuring assets are

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.
• Effective written and verbal English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules; assign tasks to housekeepers and supervisors.
• Monitor hours to ensure budget compliance and timely unit turnover.
• Assist the EH in meeting site budget and client relations.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Conduct weekly training and prepare site reports and audits.
