POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to effectively conduct group swim lessons and individual swim lessons in a safe and responsible manner. Motivate members and guests to increase swim technique, comfort in the water, and self-confidence. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE

• Hourly rate of pay based on relevant experience to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 18 years of age and American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
