Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to conduct group and private lessons in a safe, supportive environment. Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to effectively conduct group swim lessons and individual swim lessons in a safe and responsible manner. Motivate members and guests to increase swim technique, comfort in the water are self-confidence. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• $16.60-$18.35 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role.
• In addition to an hourly rate of pay Swim Instructors will earn a $5.00 bonus for each private, semi-private and select group swim lesson serviced.
