Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to work with the Head Swim Team Coach on group workouts and participant registrations. You will help maintain clean aquatics facilities and support swimmers in a fast-paced club environment.

The role involves running daily practices, promoting Life Time programs, and ensuring safety while coaching both indoor and outdoor pools. Certification in Lifeguard/CPR is required within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ASCA Level 1 Certification or higher preferred.
• Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
