Job summary

Foss Swim School is seeking part-time Swim Teachers to help students build confidence and lifelong water-safety skills in a warm indoor pool. You will teach lessons using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum, create a safe, engaging learning environment, and foster strong relationships with students and families to promote ongoing growth.

• Be 18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a warm indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment where students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates through clear communication and collaboration.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Bring a positive, reliable, and professional attitude to every lesson.
