AQUAfin Swim School in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our community swim programs and front-line teams. You will split time between poolside activities and office coordination, driving excellent customer experiences and team success.

You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and program execution, while delivering hands-on training and motivating a growing team of lifeguards, instructors, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Strong performance record reporting to a General Manager or Supervisor while leading, motivating, and empowering a team
• A genuine love for teaching children
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve on the spot
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

Responsabilités

• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by calmly, positively and proactively responding to challenges.
• Perform daily operations from teaching swim lessons, deck management, engaging customers, and MORE!
• Evaluate student progress using our teaching curriculum and customer service processes through front-line work.
• Create and manage class and employee schedules in a way that positively impacts the business.
• Lead regular team meetings and manage employee engagement.
• Develop team members at various points in their professional journey, including those early in their careers or new to the workforce.
