Job summary

AQUAfin, in Florida, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our community swim schools. You will split time between poolside and office, interacting with children, families and teammates while driving service excellence and program growth.

You will receive extensive training, participate in a formal development program, and help mentor entry-level staff. Join a brand recognized for award-winning workplaces.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree preferred or 3 years relevant work experience may be considered.
• 1-2 years of management experience required.
• Strong track record leading, motivating and empowering a team.
• Genuine love for teaching children and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Undergraduate College degree preferred (3 years of relevant work experience may be considered)
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Excellent performance record reporting to a General Manager or Supervisor while leading, motivating, and empowering a skilled and productive team
• A genuine love for teaching children
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve on the spot
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

Pay Range

USD $21.63 - USD $28.85 /Hr.

Pay and Perks
