Responsibilities

• Greet members and families warmly at arrival and departure.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Oversee the first day swimmer process: wristbands, tours, lane walks, follow-up.
• Own daily enrollment goals through calling, texting, and follow-ups.
• Track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and enrollment trends with actionable insights.
• Coach Front Desk staff through feedback and performance evaluations.
• Plan monthly community events and build local partnerships.
