Job summary

Emler Swim School is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our management team across our award-winning swim schools. The role blends in-pool and administrative duties, focusing on superior customer experiences and staff development.

You will manage class and employee schedules, lead team meetings and drive growth while maintaining a fun, safety-focused environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred (3 years relevant work experience may be considered)
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set goals, create plans and execute actions

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by calmly, positively and proactively responding to challenges.
• Perform daily operations from teaching swim lessons, deck management, engaging customers, and MORE!
• Evaluate student progress using our teaching curriculum and customer service processes through front-line work.
• Create and manage class and employee schedules in a way that positively impacts the business.
• Lead regular team meetings and manage employee engagement.
• Develop team members at various points in their professional journey, including those early in their careers or new to the workforce.
