Emler Swim School is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families, guide enrollments, process payments, and support instructors in a warm, welcoming environment.

You will be on your feet, handle scheduling, answer questions, and help kids feel excited about swim lessons, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

This role offers evenings and weekends, growth through cross-training, and a team‑oriented workplace aimed at safe, fun learn-to-swim experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home.
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized.
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process.
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Staying active on the job—on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment.
• Set shifts that include evenings and weekends.
• Great hours for students and part-timers.
• Cross-training as a swim instructor for extra shifts if open to it.
