Job summary

SafeSplash Swim School in Woodway, Texas, is looking for a passionate Lifeguard. In this role, you'll maintain the safety of pool patrons, provide emergency care if needed, and ensure a clean facility. Candidates must have a current Red Cross Lifeguard certification, CPR/AED certification, and previous swim instruction experience. What will you do as a Lifeguard?

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool area; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of customers in the event of an emergency
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services
• Perform various duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
• Make sure the pool area is always properly supervised and attended in accordance to American Red Cross standards

What are we looking for in a Lifeguard?

• Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmer
• Previous swim instruction experience is required
• Must be able to successfully complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards
