Job summary

TEGA Kids is seeking a Swim School Director to oversee all aspects of the swim program, ensuring safety, effective instruction, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of instructors, handle scheduling, budgeting, and marketing to drive enrollment while maintaining high standards of water safety and program quality.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in swim instruction and program management.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training certification.
• Experience in swim instruction and program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of water safety standards and swim teaching methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve swim lesson programs for various ages and skill levels.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate instructors and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and safety compliance.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling classes, facility standards, and health/safety regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
• Engage with parents, students, and community partners to promote the swim school and address feedback.
