Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain current ARC Water Safety Instructor Certification.
• Instructor Trainer certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Instructional Swim Program.
• Supervise swim lesson instructional staff.
• Plan and implement all instructional classes.
• Coordinate registration for instructional classes with public and groups.
• Teach classes as needed and counsel participants and parents.
• Evaluate instructional programs and assist Aquatics Manager as needed.
• Ensure lifeguards are on duty during swim lessons.
