Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard certifications required or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and training of new swim instructors.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Regularly observe classes to ensure instructional quality.
• Collaborate with supervisors to monitor curriculum delivery.
• Plan and lead in-service trainings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
