Minimum Qualifications:

• Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training.
• Proven experience in swim instruction and program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of water safety standards and swim teaching methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized swim instructor organization such as the American Red Cross or YMCA.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in a recreational or educational setting.
• Background in marketing or community outreach to support program growth.
• Familiarity with facility maintenance and safety compliance standards.
• Advanced leadership training or certifications.
