Job summary

British Swim School in Tucker, GA is hiring a Swim Instructor to teach lessons to children and adults (starting at 3 months) using our gentle, progressive aquatics program.

You will be trained to deliver engaging, safety‑driven instruction, manage class schedules set by managers, and interact with swimmers and parents while maintaining certifications and supporting a culture‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or in progress).
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around the water; strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught.
• Must maintain certifications throughout employment.
• Must complete British Swim School Aquatics training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons per British Swim School standards, maintaining certifications.
• Reports to Aquatics Manager/Business Owner; supports franchise leadership.
• Keeps a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Interacts with swimmers and parents/guardians during classes.
