Qualifications

• Red Cross Lifeguarding or YMCA Lifeguarding preferred; cross over to YMCA Lifeguarding within six months.
• Red Cross Water Safety Instructor or YMCA Swim Lesson certification preferred; cross over within six months.
• CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification required.
• Complete and maintain trainings (NEO, Bloodborne Pathogens, CAP, Sexual Harassment) on hire and annually.
• Criminal background check and Child Protective Services check must be satisfactory.
