This in-training role involves shadowing certified instructors while working towards YMCA Swim Instructor Skills Verification within 90 days of hire. Provide excellent customer service in a safe, positive environment that promotes safety and satisfaction in accordance with YMCA policies.
Reports to the Aquatics Supervisor/Director and interacts with staff, volunteers, and participants.
