Job summary

British Swim School of El Paso-Pueblo Counties is seeking an Aquatic Leader to lead progressive swim instruction, ensure swimmer safety, and foster a caring community across our facilities.

You will work as a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard/Deck Ambassador, delivering our proven curriculum, supporting parents, and coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless, safe experience for all swimmers while advancing within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and community service.
• Comfort in the water; willingness to complete instructor training.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or childcare.
• Current lifeguard certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct swim classes for a range of ages and abilities, following our established curriculum.
• Manage day-to-day pool operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
