As a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard/Deck Ambassador, you will be on the front lines of our life-saving mission. You'll be responsible for delivering our proven and progressive swim instruction, ensuring the safety of our swimmers, and fostering a supportive community within our facilities.

How You'll Contribute:

• By providing gentle, progressive swim instruction tailored to each individual's pace.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and instruct swim classes for a range of ages and abilities, following our established curriculum.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the pool area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Engage with parents and guardians, offering feedback and fostering a community of care and success.

Requirements:

• A commitment to our mission of safety and community service.
• Comfort in the water and a willingness to complete our instructor training program.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred:

• Experience in teaching, coaching, or childcare.
• Current lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain one through our training.
