Healthtrax Swim Academy in Moorestown, NJ seeks enthusiastic Swim Instructors to teach lessons for all ages, from infants to adults. You will build confidence, teach water safety, and create a positive, energetic learning environment, adapting methods to each swimmer and communicating progress to families.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching swim lessons to children and adults.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Lifeguard certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in water for extended periods and demonstrate swimming skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable Swim Instructors who are passionate about helping children and adults achieve success in and around the water.

Whether you're working with a toddler taking their first splash or an adult overcoming a lifelong fear of the water, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, encouraging, and fun learning environment.

What You'll Do

• Teach engaging swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels, from infants through adults.
• Build confidence while helping swimmers develop water safety and swimming skills.
• Create a positive, supportive, and energetic atmosphere during every lesson.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet each swimmer's individual needs and learning style.
• Communicate professionally with parents and swimmers, celebrating progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe learning environment by following all safety procedures and maintaining constant supervision.
• Arrive prepared, organized, and ready to teach each lesson with enthusiasm.
• Work collaboratively with fellow instructors to create an exceptional experience for every family.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching swim lessons, coaching, lifeguarding, childcare, education, or working with youth is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Lifeguard certification is a plus.
• Must be able to work in the water for extended periods and comfortably demonstrate swimming skills.
