Job summary

Amcor Oshkosh seeks a Training Coordinator to support and sustain training programs for production teams, with a focus on non-English speakers (Swahili). You will partner with Operations Trainers to translate materials and deliver classroom and hands-on sessions across shifts.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, administering records, supporting new hire orientation, and maintaining process knowledge through cross-training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a production or general worker role is preferred.
• Bilingual Swahili and English with strong translation ability.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, training materials, and communications for non-English speaking employees.
• Assist in identifying training needs and deliver solutions through internal or vendor courses.
• Administer and monitor completion of training documentation and timelines.
• Support new hire orientation with translation and delivery of training.
• Conduct hands-on transition training after orientation is complete.
• Train and sign off employees on New Hire Training Manuals.
