Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a production or general worker role.
• Bilingual Swahili and English with strong translation ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, training materials and communications for non-English speaking employees.
• Assist in identifying training needs and delivering solutions through internal programs or vendor courses.
• Administer and monitor completion of training documentation; follow up on incomplete training.
• Support new hire orientation through translation and training delivery.
• Conduct hands-on transition training after orientation.
• Train and sign off employees on New Hire Training Manuals.
• Maintain knowledge of production processes through cross-training as directed.
• Attend training programs and seminars as required.
