Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a production or general worker role is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Swahili and English with strong translation ability.
• Commitment to Amcor's High Performance Culture.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and use measurement tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, training materials, and communications for non-English speaking employees.
• Assist in identifying training needs and delivering solutions (internal, vendor courses, seminars).
• Administer and monitor training documentation; follow up on incomplete training.
• Support new hire orientation through translation and classroom/hands-on training.
• Conduct hands-on transition training after orientation.
• Train employees on New Hire Training Manuals and sign-off.
• Maintain knowledge across production processes through cross-training.
• Attend required training programs (e.g., First Aid/CPR, Train the Trainer, TWI).
• Proficient use of Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
