The ideal candidate will manage LMS data, assist with workforce planning, and help with recruiting logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in administrative, HR, workforce, recruiting, or operations support.
• Manufacturing environment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and orientation.
• Administer the LMS: assign training modules and track completions.
• Coordinate staffing requests with staffing agencies and managers.
• Support pre-employment processes and background checks.
• Maintain training records and employee qualifications.
• Assist with recruitment logistics and candidate scheduling.
• Ensure compliance training and OSHA-related requirements.
